From Raw Materials to Architectural-Grade Surfaces

How We Work
Our manufacturing process is built around control, consistency, and scale. Every porcelain slab passes through defined stages- from material selection to final inspection, to ensure it performs reliably across architectural and commercial applications.

01. Raw Material Selection

High-purity minerals and engineered compounds are carefully selected to achieve structural strength, surface stability, and consistent coloration across slabs.

02. Formulation & Pressing

At our facility, materials are precisely blended and compacted on the latest SACMI CONTINUA+ pressing line, ensuring high-density slab bodies with consistent thickness and outstanding dimensional accuracy.

03. Firing & Surface Finishing

Slabs are kiln-fired at high temperatures to achieve durability and low porosity, followed by calibrated surface finishes that meet architectural and design requirements.

04. Quality Inspection & Dispatch

Each slab undergoes visual and technical checks for finish consistency, sizing, and performance before being prepared for domestic and international supply.
